What is your question?

• In December 2025, the Office Hours were put on hiatus until February. It is now March 30th, and it hasn't resumed. Moreover, questions re: resuming the office hours have been brought up and IGNORED at least 3 times here on github - see 10841, 10942, and comments on [CoE Starter Kit - QUESTION] CoE Kit Pause in Office Hours #10112

• The March release is over 20 days late, and there's only 1 day left in March.

I looked back through the release history and there has not been a skipped monthly release since December 2024 and January 2025.

• There are currently 164 open issues. 62 of these are still unassigned.

Has MS just given up on CoE before there is parity for the admin features PPAC doesn't cover?

Additionally, I opened an issue in December pointing out that the aka.ms link for new releases was pointing to the October 4.50.6 release. This issue was closed in January as fixed when it was not (see the comments on that issue ) .

another user Noted in February that the aka.ms release link was STILL pointing back to 4.50.6/October.

It may be unrelated, but it feels like part of a larger pattern of not caring about/abandoning CoE users.

I emailed our CSAM asking if CoE is EOL (End of Life), EOS (End of Support) or otherwise deprecated.

Our CSAM consulted with a few people internally & replied that CoE is not deprecated; however, they also wrote that MS is focused more on moving the governance that CoE covers into Power Platform service planes and we should expect GitHub issues to be unassigned longer and less frequent releases.

The email also mentioned this is part of a platform shift to bring governance that was implemented in CoE to Power Platform service planes, but they mentioned that shift began in 2024. As I have detailed above, the last skipped CoE release was Jan 2025, so even with this new direction we had a year of releases; I think it is not unreasonable to expect releases to continue until feature parity is achieved.

That email also included some irrelevant info, though; I think it may have been a partially AI-drafted summary that picked up the 56% completion on the milestone I mentioned & assumed something else, so I'm not sure if that affects the accuracy of the rest of the message too.
