I have raised 2 support which have been assigned to an owner but none have received replies at all in over 4 weeks, I can see other users are having a similar issue

You're not alone, unfortunately.
When I opened #10990 yesterday, I noted there were 62 unassigned open issues. It is now at 66.

I have the same question as you guys have. I might be wrong, but recently I got the feeling that all responses were created solely using AI, sometimes very blunt or missing the actual topic, so not really helpful. It would be at least nice for us to get an information about the current state of the GitHub platform and what to expect futher. Right now, GitHub issues can be created although nobody responds to them, that doesn't really make much sense and it doesn't sit well with Microsoft. I hope it is either them looking for resources to maintain the platform, or having other priorities on their radar such as the new AI topics or the new telemetry that will replace the inventory cloud flows. On another note, it is also possible that they have abandoned the platform altogether and solely keep the GitHub issues as community driven, meaning we must help each other out without Microsoft intervention- I really hope it's not this, since it would be a shame.

It does appear to be the case that COE is depreciated, it hasn't had a new release since January or Feburary. The two Reps I have contact with say they have reached out to a team who "May" know more but they say COE was never supported. I am guessing if COE is depreciated they just ignore the Githiub on it. Would of been nice to get a heads up though...

@Service-WebDevPowerP , Yep, CoE has always been in a gray area, because it wasn't an "official" MS product.

I emailed our CSAM. They consulted with a few people internally & replied that CoE is not yet deprecated (either EOL or EOS); however, they also wrote that MS is focused more on moving the governance that CoE covers into Power Platform service plan and so we should expect issues to be unassigned longer and less frequent releases.

That email also included some irrelevant info, though; I think it may have been a partially AI-drafted summary, so I'm not sure if it's entirely accurate.
