[CoE Starter Kit - BUG] Power BI Report does not load data

Describe the issue

Production_CoEDashboard_April2025 of type PBI Desktop Template no longer loads the data into the report.

I have attached 2 screenshots, one for the Overview - PowerApps Report Page, and another one for Overview - PowerAutomate Report Page.

If I click on Refresh now, it will attempt to load the data but fail to load as seen in the screenshot.

I have used this report template for almost a year now, on a monthly basis, every time I will upgrade the CoE Core module and it always worked. January's CoE upgrade does not allow me to update the reports accordingly.
