What is your question?

Our organization is preparing to implement the compliance process. In the Core Components solution, I see environment variables that define compliance thresholds for Power Apps. However, I do not see equivalent variables for Power Automate flows. Can you confirm that the Compliance Detail Request flow already includes built‑in logic for evaluating flows, and that these rules are fixed rather than configurable through environment variables?

Based on my review, the flow compliance triggers appear to include:

• Flow has no owner

• Flow uses premium connectors

• Flow is shared with many users

• Flow is shared with service principals

• Flow is shared with security groups

• Flow is orphaned

Once the Compliance Detail Request flow is enabled, these conditions should automatically trigger compliance detail requests for flows.
