Describe the issue

A11y Agency plugin is available to help with accessibility bug remediation.
The required tag has already been added: agency:agent=a11y:a11y-agent@company. Assign the bug to Agency to use it.
Please try it and share feedback on whether the remediation guidance was useful at CAIA11yAgency@microsoft.com.

User Experience:
Keyboard users cannot determine which element currently has focus. They are navigating blind, unable to know which control will receive their next action.

Note: User credentials should NOT be included in the bug.

Actual Result:
Keyboard focus indicator is not visible on the 'top of the page' control under 'Home' page.

Expected Result:
Keyboard focus indicator is should be visible on the 'top of the page' control under 'Home' page.

How to Fix:
Ensure all focusable elements have a visible focus indicator. Do not suppress browser defaults without providing a custom alternative (e.g., outline: 2px solid #005fcc or box-shadow).

To reproduce

1. Open the URL "https://www.foundrylocal.ai/" and login with valid credentials.
2. Foundry local homepage opens.
3. Navigate to 'top of the page' control which is at the bottom.
4. Verify whether keyboard focus indicator is visible on the control or not.
