1. from chat delegate to a task to the cloud agent
2. let the cloud agent finish
3. in chat open the draft PR

Since the PR was opened by copilot, it should be easier for me to see the changes. Right now I have to go choose "Open Changes" from the drop-down in the title area. Also, there should be a primary action to pull the changes into your local workspace without having to merge the PR, i.e. shortcut what I can do in the sessions view.
