chore: add zensical configuration and GitHub Actions for documentation deployment

- Created a new zensical.toml file for project configuration.
- Added a GitHub Actions workflow for automatic documentation deployment to GitHub Pages.
- Updated .gitignore to include the new 'site/' directory.
