Package missing or renamed

Following your installation instructions, I'm trying to install the requirements, but I get following error. Are you sure that the package is called this way?

```
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement tkinter (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for tkinter
```
