Move to gsw routines

Still using seawater routines or even some old salinityfunction
Migrate to gsw routines for calculation of salinity, density, depth etc.

I 100% agree. Can we put adding gsw to the ctd processing routines as the top priority before the next cruise? I had been hoping to work on that during the june fleat cruise, but got side tracked.

@amyfw Do you want to create a repository with the ctd processing routines? I'm not sure where the latest version would be. That way we can work on it together. I would also love to finally include automatically reading the ctd calibration files - I know some folks have been working on this.
