FluxML omits simulation variable definitions for over determined systems #35
Description
If there are more simulation variable definitions than the stoichiometric system has degrees of freedom, the definitions are removed entirely and not available to the user. In my opinion, this more checking than libFluxML should be doing. Also, one might still want to have the list of defined variables.
