Updates the GitHub Pages build workflow to stop overriding Jekyll’s url at build time, so the generated site uses the canonical configured HTTPS base URL (relevant for citation/canonical link generation).
Changes:
- Remove generation of a temporary
_config.deploy.ymlthat seturlfromactions/configure-pagesoutput. - Build the site using the default
_config.ymlplus the GitHub Pages-providedbaseurlvia--baseurl.
