[bug] secret is not updated after changing secretTemplate

when I update secretTemplate, the generated secret is not updated to reflect changes. I have to delete and recreate the user CR

As far as I know there is no refresh implemented for when the template is updated. So, "intended behaviour" I would say yes, but I agree it's not the best user experience.
