delete button in show

In detail view where a quote, an author or a category is shown, there is a pencil to edit the entry.

As user I will also have a delete button, that I not have to return to the list view to delete a quote, an author or a category.

Delete button with red cross has to be only available if deletion is possible.

here is a sample for category

you can see this delete button working in the list views of quotes/authors/categories

delete button should only be available is the user is logged in and is either admin or owner of that item, plus the item has no relations (comments or quotes for authors/categories), you can see the logic in the list views

before deleting, the user should confirm, same logic as in the list views

all with I18n, as you guess, like in the list views 😅

and please, write at least one test case each in quotes, authors and categories
e.g. test/system/quotations_test.rb, "create new quote and delete" is deleting a quote in list view and you can copy and modify to delete in detail view
