Compared to MacOS light mode

I’ve opened a PR for this: #32424 (base: 4.7).
Tested on Windows 11 light mode (Chord Symbols / Measure Numbers / Repeats) with before/after screenshots.
Kept the change minimal and scoped to the reported “too dark” item background issue.
