Add support for old HyperOCRs that have no internal thermistor #422

@oceancolorcoder

Description

@oceancolorcoder

HyperCP expects SeaBird radiometers to have an internal thermistor to provide the thermal correction, but older (pre-2008?) HyperOCRs do not have spectrometer temperature sensor (SPECTEMP) and their calibration files do not have CALTEMP or THERMAL_RESP.

This was raised in issue #371 which contains the relevant error messages from ~v1.2.14, including one work-around strategy until a more formalized approach is found.

If you have this problem, please reach out in the comments here and we may request a sample data/calibration set for testing.

Thanks!
Dirk
