owner field to ForeignKey with Organisation in gmw wellDynamic #94
Description
In the gmw GroundwaterMonitoringWellDynamic the owner field is an Integerfield with the KVK number of the owner of a well, this should be changed to a ForeignKey linked to the Organisations so users can more easily pick the correct owner. Further handling and messaging should then take the KVK number from the linked Organisation. This change should also be migrated to transfer the information to this new format of the owner field.
