With regard to nextcloud/server#32729 (comment) and the severity of the performance penalty,
I suggest adding a separate section under "known problems" (https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/latest/user_manual/en/files/access_webdav.html#known-problems).
This helps users find this solution more easily by searching for keywords such as "slow".
