倍率を掛ける元の fast / base が global.css より長く、medium が入っていなかったため、
倍率 1 以外で出入りの見た目と閉じきるまでの待ち時間が食い違っていた。
global.css と一致することをテストで検査する。

読めていない状態で既定のプロファイルを作って書くと、既存と同じ ID のファイルが
起動のたびに 1 つずつ増えていた (v1.83.0 前の ID 重複による読込失敗で発生)。
失敗したら既定のデッキで表示だけして、書込・移行・アクティブの保存を止め、
変更が保存されないことを通知する。

- 保存時に fileBase が未割当でも、同じ ID の個体が対応表にあればそのファイルへ

- 起動時のテーマの読み込みに失敗したセッションでは、テーマのファイルへの
  書込・削除・リネームを止めて通知する。一覧が空のまま同じ ID のテーマを
  入れると既存の横に別名で書かれ、次の起動で片方が読み込まれなくなっていた
