The CLI currently has no tests. With the new pipelines validate
command there's testable logic worth covering — node shape, trigger
count, connection validity, file loading.
Add pytest as a dev dep, set up a tests/ dir, and add unit tests
for the validate logic and JSON/YAML file loading.
