Add comprehensive Code of Conduct

Summary

This PR updates the Code of Conduct document with a more comprehensive and structured version that better reflects the values and needs of the Open Source eUC community.

Changes

  • Enhanced Code of Conduct document: Expanded from a basic version to a comprehensive 9-section document that includes:
    • Clear introduction and TL;DR section
    • Detailed information about Open Source eUC and its mission
    • Expanded commitment section covering diversity and inclusion
    • Comprehensive standards for acceptable and unacceptable behaviors
    • Clear scope definition for where the Code applies
    • Roles and responsibilities of community administrators
    • Reporting procedures and contact information
    • Enforcement guidelines with graduated consequences (correction, formal warning, temporary ban, permanent ban)
    • Commitment to continuous improvement
    • Attribution to source materials

Key Improvements

  1. Better structure: Organized into numbered sections for easier navigation and reference
  2. Updated contact information: Changed from personal email to community email addresses ([email protected] and [email protected])
  3. Expanded coverage: Includes both online and in-person activities, with specific guidelines for events
  4. Enforcement framework: Added clear enforcement guidelines based on Mozilla's enforcement ladder
  5. Community-specific context: Tailored to reflect Open Source eUC's identity as a student community from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile
