The JavaScript library [ua-parser.min.js]{https://github.com/openwallet-foundation/acapy-vc-authn-oidc/blob/main/html-templates/assets/js/ua-parser.min.js} has an unfriendly license for Open Source projects and we need to remove it and replace it. Not sure what it is used for -- User Agent Parsing, which sounds like just a RegEx, but presumably it does more.

Please take a look at it and remove it from the codebase.
