[bug] Device Map UI breaks if "closed"

Describe the bug
When following these steps (tested on demo openwisp website), the UI in a Device's Map tab doesn't work anymore

Steps To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Device -> Map tab
2. Click on the cross on the top right in that tab
3. Click on the Add Map Location to add one map
4. The UI changes, select New or Existing
5. Notice the UI that should appear is not there : UI seems to have broken.

Expected behavior
The UI should change to allow the user to enter a new location (New) or to choose and existing location (Existing). Just like it does if the user does not click on the cross to close that UI.

Hi, I'd like to work on this. I can reproduce it on the demo site. It looks like the close button is fully hiding the map UI container rather than just resetting its state, so when 'Add Map Location' is triggered again the container stays hidden. I'll dig into the frontend JS to confirm and propose a fix is this available to work on?
