Ensure ohack.dev nonprofit submission flow is open, tested, and broadcasted for the Fall 2026 cohort. The form lives on ohack.dev — that's the canonical front door for nonprofits, not GitHub.

Done looks like

• Submission form on ohack.dev open and accepting Fall 2026 cohort by August 1
• Submissions get triaged within 5 business days
• Approved problem statements get mirrored to GitHub as issues under area:nonprofits for volunteer + team tracking
• 8–12 problem statements vetted and confirmed by October 1
• Each confirmed nonprofit gets a kickoff call before the event
