OTBR Stable release or tag ?

Hello I'm using docker hub openthread/border-router:latest which seems to be updated daily.

Is there a stable tag ? I see a release from 2025-06-12, would that be the recommend setup for production ?

I understand this is a living work in progress but would like to be as stable as possible considering this controles my lights :P
