Packet sent has misformatted APN

sudo sgsnemu --listen 10.10.10.31 --remote 10.10.10.11 --dns 8.8.8.8 --timelimit 10 --contexts 1

Server:
sudo ggsn --fg -c examples/ggsn.conf -l 10.1.1.31 --statedir ./ -a test --net 10.1.1.0/24 --dynip 10.1.1.0/24

Packets are exchanged but APN formatting error is seen.
