Change to namespace

• Move static IOMarket methods to namespace #4690
• Refactor database: Extracted into tfs::db namespace #4858

It's been a long time since we started using namespaces extensively. I'd like to know if this will apply to everything.

@ranisalt You seem to be the one who has applied this the most. What's your opinion on this ?

In these two examples, @ramon-bernardo had applied namespace to these parts of the code but did not continue in the future

Namespaces are the right way to group functions, classes with static functions are a legacy hack.

Ramon just rage quit those PRs 😆 feel free to rework on them
