Mock Data Tasks

A couple of housekeeping tasks regarding our mock dataset:

• Update/unify payload naming structure to include donor IDs
• Minor typo in wgs_sanger_snv_vcf.json line 147 (EST --> TEST)
• Update zscpyibaevspyxlkyaip payloads to include TBI index files
• Investigate PAF file for Jbrowse Synteny Track (not required OV-Jbrowse not supporting)
• Investigate/update timelined payload values to be consistent/realistic (Not needed/worth time for demo purposes)
• Remove and add ipynb files to .gitignore
• Organize and add all updated payloads and file data to a sharable VM
