Feature description
Through the API it is possible to create a token for a local user (PAT / personal access token).
It will be very useful to be able to generate the token from an IAM local user
POST /me/identity/user//token
parameter:
user (name of an IAM local user)
flags:
description (mandatory)
expiresAT
expiresIn
name (mandatory)
