[Bug]: ToC is only displayed when zoom level is 90%

Describe the bug

ToC is only displayed when zoom level is 90%.
Syitching to 100% zoom makes the ToC disapear.
I'm also using the Better Code Blocks and Custom Thread Container Width features.

I tried to disable them, but anyway, without customizing the Container Width, le ToC is displayed only when i use the 90% zoom

Bug confirmation

• I am not able to reproduce the issue with the extension disabled
• I have re-installed the extension and the issue persists

Steps to reproduce

Enable ToC
Zoom at 100%
Custom Container Width enabled

Expected behavior

I expect the ToC is displayed, not matter the Container Width

It's expected, the right side of the thread container must have enough space (around 300px), otherwise the panel will collapsed into floating state. However I made some adjustments that make the panel more flexible on v2.8.3.
