enh: Turn off typing in full mode #134
Description
MYPY is still not configured for the FULL or custom versions so we can't really teach that. but also i think it should only live in the custom version of the package template. it's a lot of work to get up to speed with typing. (and maintain it too).
For the time being, let's remove the commented-out code from the full version of the template and get #106 merged when we can.
@sneakers-the-rat i hope this sounds ok to you too! I'm teaching on Thursday with the Full mode of the template, and I think typing is a bit much for our audience. so let's focus on it in the custom version of the template as it is awesome for testing!!
