Where to find the implementation code of pooling in TopoModelX?

I’m trying to understand the pooling mechanism in TopoModelX.
I have looked through the codebase but cannot find where the pooling operation is implemented.

Specifically, I am looking for the implementation that preserves the boundary relationships between cells during downsampling.

Could you point me to the corresponding file or module?
