Debusine daily builds are failing

Removed the stray upstream/v1.0.2 tag

This broke the Debusine Daily job. generate-source-package expects to find the upstream tag configured in debian/gbp.conf.

change the upstream tag in debian/gbp.conf to drop the 'v' and it will work. The promotion workflow does not append a 'v' in the upstream tag.
