pkg-iris-vpu: interacts/conflicts with pkg-video-driver

When looking at pkg-video-driver that tries to package this driver into Debian, I was surprised to find another Debian package inside of it that is coming from this repository. Please extract pkg-iris-vpu and eventually create a qualcomm-linux/iris-vpu.git repository if needed, as packaging and the driver source code should be in separate repositories.

After investigation I am just removing the pkg-iris-vpu from the imported sources. This is still a bad practice and the packaging should be moved out of the repository.
