We (VIDRL, Melbourne) noticed that https://github.com/quick-lab/SARS-CoV-2 is now deprecated but Primal Scheme Labs does not have have the 1200bp amplicon scheme.
Can the 1200bp SC2 scheme be added to labs? Also is it being maintained/updated with regards to monitoring for dropouts? We haven't seen any issues on our end.
