This PR removes a commented-out console.log statement in src/module-manager.ts within the registerModule method. This is a straightforward cleanup of dead code to improve the maintainability and readability of the codebase.

🎯 What: Removed commented-out console.log block in src/module-manager.ts.
💡 Why: It was dead code that didn't serve any purpose and cluttered the method.
Verification: The change was verified through manual code inspection and by running existing tests that could execute in the environment. A code review was also performed and approved.
Result: Cleaner and more readable code in the ModuleManager class.
