Doesn't recognize new output device

1. With External headphones or bluetooth device disconnected Start MultiSoundChanger
2. Plug in external headphones or connect bluetooth device
3. Notice that MultiSoundChanger does NOT include connected device.

This seems to be resolved in an OPEN PR #10
