They were still in the repository, but not in the latest commit. I dug them out and have put them on the surface again.
Just plain & open. No secure boot, no flash encryption.

Not only it works with Heltec but also it works well with my ESP32+RFM95+AHT10+SSD1306. Have to wire as Heltec describe in their schematic.

That sounds good. And it was to be expected, since both Heltec and Pycom devices are "just" ESP32 boards with peripheral support.

It is a bit pain to make it worked with Modbus RTU. There are many syntax difference from 1.2.20 and current mainstream 1.2.24 in the form of UART calling. Are there any Modbus lib and example that I can use?
