[Bug] Add DOES_NOT_CONTAIN value in RoleCriteriaOperation Enum

CONTAINS = 'CONTAINS'

The ENUM values is missing a valid option - 'DOES_NOT_CONTAIN'. Causes list_roles or get_role function to fail with below error:

Hey @liamokeeffe42,

The release https://github.com/sailpoint-oss/python-sdk/releases/tag/v1.4.2 does not fail for invalid enums and will appropriately respond.

I will keep this issue open until we merge in the code that introduces the 'DOES_NOT_CONTAIN' enum.
