I want to build a library for the nom ecosystem that runs Wordpress locally and came across this project, is running such a large php application already possible? I need the users of my library to be able to run Wordpress locally without needing to install php themself and this library looks like it can help me do this, can anyone guide me in some direction and where I cam start or help? Thanks

@ivanjeremic in case it's helpful, WordPress Playground is a project that leverage PHP WASM to have WordPress sites running directly in the browser (check the docs here)

@juanmaguitar I ended up using wp-now because I need to integrate it into a bigger system for local development and I can't find anything on how to use WordPress Playground locally, wp-now has everything and I hope the playground project will sooner or later realize that people want to start the playground locally as well, maybe I'm missing something but I was not able to find anything for local dev.

@ivanjeremic WordPress Studio uses Playground project in the background. With this tool you can quickly launch local sites very quickly.
AFAIK wp-now is not being maintained anymore. You can check here several tools created on top of Playground.

@juanmaguitar Studio is not something that would work for me because I'm developing an NPM library and the WordPress dev environment is something that needs to be integrated into this library, and because WP-NOW is using all the awesome WASM packages users of my library can develop for WordPress without needing PHP on the system which is very cool and exactly what I need. Is there anything similar to WP-NOW that does not require the user to install anything like PHP, MYSQL, or DOCKER and work in the node ecosystem?
