For context, the user made a small script to demo this issue:

The main issue is the llChar(10084) case, which should render with a large red heart, but seems to be a small little grey heart.

I also confirmed that this is happening on Second Life Release 7.2.3.19375695301 (64bit) with this slightly editted version of their script:

It may be a unicode issue where the dialog UIs use the wrong character for the heart than expected.

Though actually it looks like GitHub itself seems to have the issue as well looking at their text preview for ❤ in and out of codeblocks, so do with that what you will haha.

as I understand it, the script as written is not explicitly requesting a red heart
I think a more explicit way to write it would be:
llChar(10084) + llChar(65039) + " Player 3"

I think 65039 is the decimal code for variation selector 16 to force emoji presentation of the preceding character
