Add configuration example to Rich Text documentation #1
Description
We should probably update the Rich Text documentation, adding a Configuration example as per many of the other documentation pages. This has been a source of confusion for developers leading them to reach for other techniques, such as a css (scss) file, to update styles of things like links and headings within the Rich Text component.
