Phone can't recognize shadowsocks as vpn #3205
Description
Android phone, shadowsocks is just don't appear in VPN profiles section in settings.
and when i am trying to connect it doesn't even ask to make it a vpn profile or anything.
Shadowsocks works on pc well.
also it makes handshakes well, and can see server, just not as vpn.
i set battery to unlimited power for the app, still changes nothing, it turns on just not working.
i tried v2rayNG, it is working, and appear on vpn, but it is extremely slow, impossible to work with it.
