Add natural=peak and natural=volcano to a future version of the schema

Hello.
Natural = peak and natural = volcano have always been very effective elements for orientation in the terrain and as reference points. It's simply strange not to be able to see them in Shortbread.

Here is my proposal:

New optional layer mountain_peaks (point):

• source: natural=peak, natural=volcano (optionally natural=saddle)
• attributes:
• kind: peak | volcano
• name / name_<code> (same convention as other label layers)
• ele: elevation in metres (number), from the ele tag when numeric
• zoom: prominent peaks from ~z10; density limited per label-grid cell ranked by elevation
