Add `railway:track_ref` to the `street_labels` layer

I'd like to suggest adding [`railway:track_ref`](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:railway:track%20ref) values to the `street_labels` layer in order to enable rendering railway track numbers similar to [OpenRailwayMap](https://openrailwaymap.org/?style=standard&lat=47.46426430071464&lon=19.02191787958145&zoom=18):
