Add support for leisure=pitch as an area feature to a future version of the schema

Currently leisure=sports_centre are written to https://shortbread-tiles.org/schema/1.0/#layer-sites but leisure=pitch is not. It is written as a point POI only, which makes it impossible to show the extent of pitches.
