getCipher algo number 1

Hello, I have a private key encrypted with a phrase to decrypt files for a client. But the cipher code I receive is 1 generating the "Unsupported cipher" exception. Is there a way to fix this or any ideas where to start? Thanks

1 is IDEA, it is quite old and used to be patented, but if you find a PHP module implementing it we could add support.
