Turkish Case Sensitive #2863
Description
When I use selectpicker with data-live search in turkish language search doesnt work good, especially " i İ" if option contains "İSTANBUL" for example if you write down with lowercase "i" doesnt bring any result also I used with data-live-search-style="startsWith" it worked with only "Ü ü Ö ö ç Ç ş Ş" but not success in "i İ"
