[6.x] Flickering buttons with "Set Alt" over image

Bug description

Hover over the image displays the two buttons "edit" and "clear". However, hovering over "Set Alt" immediately hides these both buttons again. This causes flickering, depending on which side you move over the image.

How to reproduce

Asset fieldtype with grid view and show_filename turned off.
