Bard link popover not visible when content length scrolls toolbar out of view

Bug description

I was editing text in a bard field. The field contained many rows of text, such that the bard editor toolbar was scrolled outside of view. I pressed cmd+k on some selected text to insert a link, but the link popup was not accessible as it gets displayed just below the toolbar, rather than below or close to the selected text.

How to reproduce

1. Edit text content in a bard field
2. Ensure sufficient length of text content that the bard editor field's toolbar is no longer visible
3. Select some text, press cmd+k to insert a link
4. Notice that the link popup is not visible without scrolling up to the top of the editor field

I'm struggling to reproduce this... the Link Toolbar is showing at the top left of the screen for me:

Are you able to share the YAML for the Bard field?

Thanks for looking into this. I did a bit more testing and found this issue only occurs when the bard field is inside a replicator set. For example:
