DataCite 4.7 update

DataCite has updated its metadata schema, the relationType Other and attribute relationTypeInformation - it contains more details about the chosen relationType, it´s highly recommended, especially for the relationType Other. Consider whether CCMM needs this attribute as well.

consider adding attribute description to Resource relation type, dependent on its value. Anyway, Other is not recommended value.
